Villa Annamaria, Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi

Villa Annamaria is a characteristic and welcoming villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach at 9 km (roughly 5.6 miles). You will reach Villa Annamaria from the parking area along a 20-meters (65-feet) walkway that includes a steep incline and has no stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Annamaria we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Please note that access to Villa Annamaria is along a narrow road. We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

The above-ground swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. It is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.

The garden is 1200 square meters (12900 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the patio. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue.

The living room is paved with characteristic terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. In this room you will find a television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and the garden with a view of the garden and of surrounding countryside through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The furnishings of the dining room are simple and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the garden through a French door.

The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
