It sleeps six people. From Casa Rica B you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of Positano. Casa Rica B is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden and winter heating. You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Positano, roughly 200 meters (660 feet) from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the local bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). You will reach Casa Rica B from the parking area going down a short private walkway that includes approximately 90 stairway steps. For a succesful stay at Casa Rica B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Casa Rica B is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. Please find a general description of the complex below, and please scroll further down for a description of Casa Rica B. You will find Casa Rica in the higher part of Positano, at the entrance of the tiny village of Montepertuso. As you arrive you will see a white building, surrounded by the vegetation, with terraces and small gardens which follow the steep slope of the cliff overlooking the bay of Positano. Here you will find six apartments, two of them being made available for holiday rentals. From Casa Rica you can easily reach the famous trekking path known as "Sentiero degli Dei" (Path of the Gods). TerraceThe terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of Positano.
GardenThe garden is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a grapevine pergola. You will be able to reach it from the living room. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of Positano.
Living RoomThe furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful. They include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window.
Bedroom 2You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a small high window.
BathroomThe bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
