Casa Giovannella is a characteristic and welcoming ancient house built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Giovannella you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. Casa Giovannella is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, roughly 200 meters (660 feet) from restaurants, a grocery shop and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Casa Giovannella along a 200-meters (660-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 150 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Giovannella. If you do have one, you will be able to park it in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).
Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is high and vaulted. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. They include a long sofa. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find a closed mezzanine level, with a door. You will be able to access it from the living room along a stairway. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. The ceiling is vaulted and has an height of 2.00 meters (6.6 feet) at its highest point. The mezzanine has a small window with a view of the sea.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
