Holiday Home Description

Casa Giasone is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Giasone you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Giasone is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, air conditioning and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Casa Giasone from the parking area along a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that includes approximately 70 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Giasone. If you do have one, you will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Direct Access to the Sea

From Casa Giasone you will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from Casa Giasone going down a 100-meters (330-feet) private walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 200 stairway steps. The access to the sea is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

Patio

The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch made of stone. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.

Living Room

The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include sofas and two single divan beds. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a television. The room has two arched windows with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine.

Bedroom with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer.

Bathroom

The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Giasone the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
