It features a private see-view terrace, air conditioning and winter heating. You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards). Villa Freda B is located on the second floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level without having to climb any steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Freda B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it in a reserved parking space.

Villa Freda is an old house in Praiano built on a steep stretch of coast located between the coastal road and the sea. The house faces the sun and the sea: when you lean over from its terraces, all you will see between where you stand and the blue of the sea is a steep stretch of coast where the bright green of lemon pergolas and the white of some isolated houses glow here and there. Villa Freda is built on three levels which follow the natural slope of the land and divided into three apartments: one apartment takes up the entire top level, one is built on two levels (middle and bottom) and one is on the bottom level. The apartment on the top level sleeps six people, and can be reached without having to climb any stairway, as it is at the same level of the main coastal road. The apartment built on the middle and bottom level sleeps 14 people. The third apartment, on the bottom level, is occupied by the owners of Villa Freda, who will be discreetly available if you need information or assistance to make the most out of your vacation. Property DescriptionTerraceThe terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living RoomThe living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are classic, and include some antique pieces. They include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
KitchenThe kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small terrace.
Bedroom 1The bedroom is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
