Holiday Home Description

Villa Luminosa is a characteristic one-story independent house built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Luminosa you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. Villa Luminosa is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet) including 200 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Luminosa along a 50-meters (165-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 20 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Luminosa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Terrace 1

The first terrace is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by lemon and grapevine pergolas. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.

Terrace 2

The second terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

Garden

The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the sea.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. There is a table to seat five guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door.

Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room and from the entrance hall.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Luminosa the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
