Holiday Home Description

Casa Odetta is a bright apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Casa Odetta you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of Positano. Casa Odetta is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private see-view terrace and a private garden.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 500 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Odetta from the street level going up a walkway that includes approximately 270 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Odetta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Terrace

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri and of the small Li Galli islands.

Garden

The garden is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will have a view of the sea.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. They include a sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a table to seat four guests. Bedroom

The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Odetta the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
