Holiday Home Description

Villa Regale is a splendid and luminous ancient house rich in elegant eighteenth-century decorations. It sleeps four people. From Villa Regale you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Regale is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a private see-view terrace, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Regale from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 70 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Regale. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved) or in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved).

Terrace

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. On the terrace you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here you will also find an electric barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of Positano and of the sea.

Living Room

The living room is paved with precious inlaid tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. They include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

Kitchen

The ceiling of the kitchen is frescoed. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace. There is a table to seat five guests. The kitchen has a window. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The ceiling is frescoed. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is frescoed. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

Laundry room

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Regale the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 700, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
