Holiday Home Description

Casa Primavera is a bright and cheerful apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Primavera you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Casa Primavera is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private terrace and winter heating.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa Primavera from the street level going up approximately 40 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Primavera you will need a car. You will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Terrace

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view on a stretch of coast and of the sea.
