Holiday Home Description

Casa Auria D is a cheerful apartment. It sleeps seven people. It is appoximately 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be in the center of Maiori, a few steps from restaurants, the shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.

Casa Auria D is located on the first floor of the building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 40 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Auria D. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), free of charge in a fenced covered parking space.

The centre of Maiori houses Casa Auria, a charming building composed by four luminous and large apartments.

The apartments, totally renovated in 2008, are all provided with air conditioning and located a stone's throw from the sea.

From Casa Auria you will easily reach the sandy beach of Maiori, fully equipped with sun decks and beach umbrellas to rent at the private resort.

At Casa Auria you will be in the very heart of the lively and colourful Amalfi Coast, a few steps from the main tourist attractions, such as Amalfi itself, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum, the Royal Palace of Caserta and many others...

Trekking lovers will find it just ideal, thanks to the possibility to do enchanting itineraries and go up to the peaks of Amalfi Coast's mountains. You will face breathtaking panoramas and reach ancient hamlets and convents nearby.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. They include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony through a double-glazed French door. The room has a double-glazed window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a double-glazed window.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels; parking; entrance to the private beach.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Auria D the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
