Villa Aubrezia is a white two floors building located on top of the luxuriant verdant Valle del Dragone, 400 metres above the sea level. Valle del Dragone is a steep and short valley leading to the sea, that separates Ravello from Amalfi. From the Villa you will enjoy a great view: the picturesque rise of Ravello with the sea in the background. Staying at Villa Aubrezia you will be able to easily reach the marvellous beaches and crystalline sea, as well as doing unforgettable walks through the chestnut woods nearby. At only 2 Km you will find a huge refreshment-area fully equipped with tables and barbeques, walking paths and manège. Villa Aubrezia faces a road housing local traffic only.
Property DescriptionPatioThe patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of Ravello and of the sea at a distance.
Living RoomThe living room is paved with characteristic majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
KitchenThe kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is a table to seat three guests.
BedroomThe bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional a single trundle bed is available to make it a triple. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
BathroomThe bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

Included in the price The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels. Payment Terms A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property. Security Deposit Upon arrival at Villa Aubrezia A the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash.
