Holiday Home Description

Villa Arletta is a characteristic two-story ancient house located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Arletta you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Arletta is 160 square meters (1720 square feet). It features a private see-view terrace, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Ravello, where you will find restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop. You will reach Villa Arletta from the parking area going up approximately 33 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Arletta we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it nearby, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Garden

The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the living room. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the sea.

Living Room

You will find the living room on the ground floor. The floor is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is a table to seat three guests. The kitchen has an arched window with a view of the sea.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Arletta the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 300, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
