Holiday Home Description

Villa Claudina is a characteristic one-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Claudina you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Claudina is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Amalfi, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), shops at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Pogerola line at 100 meters (330 feet). You will reach Villa Claudina from the street level going up a public walkway that includes approximately 110 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Claudina we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Garden

The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.

Living Room

The living room is paved with lucid green majolica tiles. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate five guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the garden. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television. The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.
