Holiday Home Description

Villa La Barchina is a bright ancient house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Villa La Barchina you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa La Barchina is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be at a short distance from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop. You will find the stop for the local bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).

Villa La Barchina is located on the middle floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level along an external stairway which consists of approximately 33 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa La Barchina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Terrace

The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. They include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television and a CD player with FM radio. A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa La Barchina the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
