Holiday Home Description

Villino Fortunato is a bright independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Villino Fortunato you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. Villino Fortunato is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus and the beach. You will reach Villino Fortunato from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 50 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villino Fortunato. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Terrace

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri at the horizon.

Garden

The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed lemon and grapevine pergolas. It is equipped with deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will have a wonderful view of the sea.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful. They include a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat three guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villino Fortunato the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
