Holiday Home Description

Villa Cipriana is a characteristic one-story independent house overlooking the sea and the main beach of Positano. It sleeps six people. From Villa Cipriana you will enjoy an enchanting view of the beach and of the sea and of the ancient Cathedral of Positano. Villa Cipriana is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Positano, a few steps from restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet). You will reach Villa Cipriana from the street level along a short public walkway that includes approximately 50 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Cipriana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved).

Terrace

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room going down five steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the beach and of the sea.

Living Room

The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of Positano through a French door. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

Bathroom

The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Cipriana the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
