Holiday Home Description

Villa Tecla B is a characteristic two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Tecla B you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. Villa Tecla B is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Nocelle, where you will find a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles), the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Tecla B from the parking area going down a 200-meters (660-feet) walkway that includes approximately 180 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Tecla B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved) or in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved).

Villa Tecla is composed by two villas at a distance of 50 metres (164.04 feet) from each other, with a shared swimming-pool and solarium.

The villas are nested into the luxuriant green of a steep hill overlooking the crystalline sea and Bay of Positano, at 420 metres (1,377.95 feet) altitude.

These lovely accommodations are part of Nocelle, a tiny hamlet practicable only on foot. Nocelle is on the "Walk of the Gods": amazing trekking route along the top of Lattari Mountains, where breathtaking views of the coast and sea mesmerise anyone.

Villa Tecla A is located above and closer to the swimming-pool than Villa Tecla B. To reach Villa Tecla B from Villa Tecla A you should go down to a private pedestrian path crossing the garden that includes about 100 steps.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby villa. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

Terrace

The terrace is on the top floor. It is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. You will share the terrace with guests staying at another nearby villa.

The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.

Garden

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and pergolas. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.

Top Level

Living Room

The living room is paved with characteristic terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an age-old fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Bottom Level

Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom

The second bedroom is located on the bottom floor. You will be able to enter it from the corridor along a stairway. The furnishings are warm and elegant. It has two French beds (120 cm/47 inches). The room has a double-glazed arched window with a view of the garden and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.
