Holiday Home Description

Villa Chiaretta G is a cozy apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Chiaretta G you will enjoy an enchanting view of the vegetation and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Villa Chiaretta G is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Casamicciola Terme, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet).

Villa Chiaretta G is located on the ground floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 50 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Chiaretta G. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), in a reserved parking space.

Villa Chiaretta is situated on top of the charming fishermen village of Casamicciola Terme, renowned for the numerous lovely thermal Spas. The villa is composed by two small constructions divided into apartments and separated by a wonderful green area.

The apartments are all facing the south and sea and, from the ones endowed with the splendid terraces on the first floor, you'll be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the coast and sea. You will find particularly fascinating the unique panorama on the small port of Lacco Armeno.

Villa Chiaretta's located in a short boulevard flanked with white double-floor houses, typical accommodations in the isle of Ischia. The boulevard, practicable by car from the residents, is closed by a large shared swimming pool.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. It is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Laundry room

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

Patio

The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the vegetation and of the sea at a distance.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. They include a divan bed with a trundle bed to sleep two guests. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.
