Holiday Home Description

Villa Pierina A is a characteristic independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Pierina A you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Pierina A is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Ravello, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus.

Villa Pierina A is located on the ground floor of the building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going down a stairway which consists of approximately 30 steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Pierina A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard.

Terrace

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.

Garden

The garden is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the terrace. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Half-bath

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels; parking for small car (Fiat Punto or similar).

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Pierina A the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
