Holiday Home Description

Villa Lorenza is a characteristic ancient house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Lorenza you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. Villa Lorenza is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards). You will reach Villa Lorenza from the street level using an elevator and then going up a public walkway that includes approximately 90 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Lorenza. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), for a fee, in a reserved parking space.

Garden

The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the living room. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.

Living Room

The living room is paved with hand-made terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. They include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a double-glazed French door. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to a small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea and of Positano through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor along a stairway. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a double-glazed porthole window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hydromassage shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; towels; electricity up to 100 kW per week.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Lorenza the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.

electricity over 100 kW per week according to consumption EUR 0.25/kW.
