Holiday Home Description

Villa Annagrazia is a characteristic independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Annagrazia you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Annagrazia is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, where you will find a grocery store and the stop for the local bus. You will find a number of restaurants at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles), shops and the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Annagrazia from the street level going up approximately six stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Annagrazia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a garage.

Terrace

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

Living Room

The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include a sofa , two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a window with a view of the sea.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Annagrazia the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 250, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
