Villa Debra A, Positano

Villa Debra A is a charming independent house built sheer above the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Debra A you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. Villa Debra A is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 250 meters (approximately 820 feet) including 300 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Debra A from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 56 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Debra A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Alternatively, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.

The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a wickerwork sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bedroom is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches).

The bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
