Holiday Home Description

Villa Rosamaria A is a cozy apartment built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Rosamaria A you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Rosamaria A is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms it is available) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), the stop for the SITA bus at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards).

Villa Rosamaria A is located on the second floor of the building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 40 steps).

To stay at Villa Rosamaria A you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), in a reserved parking space.

Villa Rosamaria is part of a characteristic country-house of the Sorrento coast. Surrounded with olive tree and citrus groves, the villa is situated on the high coast that frames the bay of Marina di Puolo.

Marina di Puolo is a very small fishing village reachable on foot only, and the bay is part of the Reserve of Marina di Punta Campanella. From Villa Rosamaria you will be able to reach the beautiful sandy beach through a pedestrian footpath along the coast. It takes about 15 minutes, and at some points the path is a bit steep.

At Villa Rosamaria there's a huge garden with many orange, mandarin, and lemon trees from which you'll be able to pick some fresh fruit with your own hands. The garden is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. You'll enjoy unforgettable relaxing moments in the fantastic citrus scent! The garden is shared by all the guests, including the occupants of the other apartments of the villa, which is divided into five small holiday apartments.

Please note that in order to reach the parking area at the villa you will need to drive a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto, for example). In case you are driving a larger car you might be able to park it along the public roads in the area, where parking is generally possible (as you would expect, a parking space can not be reserved along the public roads).

Garden

The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

Laundry room

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

Terrace

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the coastline.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. They include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room going up a spiral staircase. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels; parking.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Rosamaria A the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
