Holiday Home Description

Casa Nicoletta A is a bright independent house. It sleeps four people. From Casa Nicoletta A you will enjoy an enchanting view of Positano and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Nicoletta A is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private terrace and winter heating.

You will be in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the stop for the local bus and the beach. You will reach Casa Nicoletta A from the street level going down two flights of stairs (approximately 26 steps).

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Nicoletta A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), for a fee, in a garage.

Terrace

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the vegetation.

Patio

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the vegetation and of Positano. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of Positano and of the sea at a distance through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Nicoletta A the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
