Holiday Home Description

Villa Mina A is a bright independent house built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Mina A you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast. Villa Mina A is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the center of Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the bus stop and the closest beach at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet). You will reach Villa Mina A from the street level along approximately 50 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Mina A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Terrace

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Mina A the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
