Holiday Home Description

Villino Supremo is a characteristic cottage which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villino Supremo you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri at the horizon. Villino Supremo is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet). You will reach Villino Supremo from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 292 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villino Supremo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge in a reserved parking space.

Direct Access to the Sea

From Villino Supremo you will have a direct access to the sea and to a sandy beach, which offers a changing room and a toilet. You will reach it from the street level going down approximately 180 stairway steps. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and an external shower. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 1.8 meters (6 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Patio

The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands.

Garden

The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the sea.

Ground Floor

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. They include a sofa and armchairs. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has two windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.

Bathroom

The bathroom is dug into the rock and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with fixed shower head.

First Floor

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two porthole windows with a view of the sea and of Positano. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Annex

Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the garden. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles with inlaid wood decoration. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two arched windows with a view of the garden and of the sea at a distance. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower (please note that the bathroom has no door).

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villino Supremo the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
