Villa Assiolo is a characteristic two-story ancient house overlooking the sea and the main beach of Positano. It sleeps five people. From Villa Assiolo you will enjoy a charming view of the main beach of Positano (Spiaggia Grande), of the coast and of the sea. Villa Assiolo is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Positano, roughly 200 meters (660 feet) from restaurants, shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the beach at 250 meters (approximately 820 feet) including 160 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Assiolo from the street level going down a 200-meters (660-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 150 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Assiolo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), for a fee, in a private parking lot. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the main beach of Positano (Spiaggia Grande), of the coast and of the sea.

The first living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are warm and elegant, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a long sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a large panoramic window which overlooks the characteristic alley below.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an arched opening. This room has no door. The floor is paved with original handmade majolica tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The second living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the beach of Positano through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). There is a small fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include two armchairs and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
