Holiday Home Description

Villa Mirachiana Grande is an elegant and welcoming three-story villa. It sleeps 24 people. From Villa Mirachiana Grande you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Mirachiana Grande is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Pozzo della Chiana, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet). You will reach Villa Mirachiana Grande from the parking area along a walkway that cuts through a garden and has no stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Mirachiana Grande. If you do have one, you will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Villa Mirachiana is an ancient villa in the Valdichiana valley of Tuscany, very near to the major cities of art. The villa is surrounded by a park of olive-trees in which there is the swimming pool.

This country house is situated on a hill that is covered by olive-trees and it is right next to Marciano della Chiana, a town that thanks to its castle and tower dominates the valley.

Until few years ago the villa represented the heart of a wide farm, then, a recent and accurate restoration turned it into a comfortable holiday house, divided into six apartments.

Villa Mirachiana is surrounded by a park where the many green wide spaces are furnished with garden pieces of furniture. The swimming pool of the park is among the flourishing foliage of the olive-trees and it is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds. You will also find a volleyball field.

The furniture of the apartments, which is comfortable, is high in quality and style. The apartments are all independent and the whole complex can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests.

The owners recently decided to restore the villa and to give it new life by turning it into an ideal place where to spend your holidays. There you can live completely immersed in the green of Tuscany, far from stress and traffic in order to enjoy endless moments of authentic relax.

Mrs. Antonietta, the real soul of this restoration, will personally welcome you in her estate upon your arrival. Should you need information on what to visit, on cellars' visits, on spas, on walking tours, on how to go on an excursion by bicycle, or on any other sport, just ask the family and they will be glad to help you.

The six apartments can be rented as a whole at a reduced rental rate. Please review the descriptions of the individual apartments for further information on amenities and sleeping arrangements: Apartment A, Apartment B, Apartment C, Apartment D, Apartment E, Apartment F.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the olive grove. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

Garden

The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside.

Living Room

You will be able to enter the living room from the garden. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate 24 guests. In this room you will find a satellite television.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the main entrance hall. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry with the other guests staying at the complex.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Mirachiana Grande the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 600, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
