In just 200 meters (yards) you will move from the intense vacation life of the main roads to the quiet of an area where you will find only other cottages surrounded by their own gardens and vineyards.
To reach the sea you can board the bus that goes to the beach facilities at the Blue Grotto, or the one that goes to Marina Grande or Marina Piccola, which are the two sand beaches of Capri. You will also be able to use the paid public swimming pool of a hotel which is located at approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from the house.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance.

The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The living room is paved with characteristic majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
