Villa Roberta B is an elegant apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps two people. It is appoximately 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Ana Capri, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.

Villa Roberta B is located on the ground floor of the building. You will reach it along a walkway that has no stairway steps.

Villa Roberta is an authentic, simple, house built by the locals for the locals, and not just for the tourists. The vegetable garden and the fruit trees that surround the house used to serve, and still serve, the purpose of providing fresh and genuine produce for the family. Spending your vacation at Villa Roberta will put you in touch with the simple way of life that fascinates, along with the historical and natural beauty of the island, millions of visitors.

Villa Roberta is also comfortably close to the elegant pedestrian precinct of Ana Capri, with its promenades thriving with cafes and open-air restaurants, nice shops and lively tourist attractions. The villa can be reached from the main road of Anacapri along a pedestrian alley, flanked by stone walls. In just 200 meters (yards) you will move from the intense vacation life of the main roads to the quiet of an area where you will find only other cottages surrounded by their own gardens and vineyards.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance.

Garden

Living Room

The living room is paved with characteristic majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The rental price includes: electricity up to 100 kW per week; towels; linens; final cleaning.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.
