Holiday Home Description

Casa Arabella is a gracious 85-square-meter (about 915 square feet) mansard apartment with a large terrace overlooking Amalfi. It’s located in the heart of Amalfi, 100 meters (about 328 feet) away from the sea and the beach. It features air-conditioning.

There are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, a living-room, a kitchen, and a terrace.

While staying at Casa Arabella, you will be in the center of Amalfi, in a pedestrian area a few steps away from the main square and the famous Duomo (cathedral). You will be a few feet away from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Amalfi.

You will be able to stroll through the characteristic pedestrian streets in the heart of town, take a break and sit at the outdoor little tables of one of the many bars of the place, and you will also have a great range of choice of restaurants to eat out.

You will be able to reach the bus stop and the pier from which many boats depart on foot, and you won’t even need a car to go sightseeing around.

In order to reach Casa Arabella from the main road of Amalfi, you will have to take a little pedestrian street along which you will have to climb about 90 steps. Casa Arabella is on the last floor of an old house in the historical center, and you will have to climb 35 steps to reach it.

You will step onto a large terrace from which you will have an enthralling view of the town of Amalfi and the whole narrow valley in which it’s nestled. The part of the terrace near the entrance to the apartment is covered with a pergola. This is actually a pleasant space to have meals outdoors as it is furnished with a table and chairs. The remaining area of the terrace is furnished with sun loungers and is sun drenched from sunrise to sunset.

From the terrace you will be able to step straight into the living-room. In the living area you will have a couch, a table with chairs, and a TV set. Near the living-room there is the kitchen, featuring a four-burner stove, a fridge with freezer, and an oven.

The bedrooms have slanted ceilings which are about 2.30 meters (about 7.5 feet) high. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed. One bedroom features a window overlooking the valley, whereas the other features a private little terrace with a beautiful view of the Duomo (cathedral) of Amalfi and the sea. This terrace is furnished with a masonry bench and a table with chairs.

With access from the terrace, there is the laundry room, with a washing machine, a sink, and a shower.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Arabella the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
