It’s located in the historical center of Rome, 1 km (about 0.6 mile) away from Stazione Termini (Termini Railway Station). It equipped with air-conditioning and elevator. You will have a double bedroom, a spacious living-room with a double divan bed and a kitchenette, and there is also a bathroom with shower. The place The apartment is on the third floor of an elegant building with an elevator. You will be 50 meters (about 164 feet) away from one of the ancient doors of Rome, called Porta Maggiore, and you will have a view of the ancient walls built by the Emperor Aurelius to protect the city. Even the building where you will stay is part of the modern history of Rome and dates back to the beginning of the industrial period. It is actually an old mill which has been restored to embrace elegant homes. Shape and size have been preserved from the original building. In the surroundings you will have boulevards lined with trees and large streets. Supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants are all at hand. The apartment is part of a group of ten small apartments which have been restored as vacation homes and which are all on the same floor of the building. You will find that furnishing is elegant and cozy with pleasant and coordinating colors with everything you need to have a comfortable and nice stay: elevator, air-conditioning, satellite-dish TV, electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, oven, and fridge with freezer. You won’t need a car during your stay at Appartamento Ariele A since there is a bus stop a few steps away. The house At Appartamento Ariele A you will have a gracious living-room illuminated by a large and long window which takes almost one entire wall of the room. Through this window you will have a wide view of a street framed by tall trees and a nearby neighborhood. Next to the window you will see two comfortable couches, one of which being a double divan bed. A large oval table with chairs, a small desk, a satellite-dish TV, and the kitchenette complete the whole furnishing of the room. In the kitchenette you will have a four-plate electric stove, an oven, a fridge with freezer, and a dishwasher. A small corridor will lead you to the bedroom and bathroom. The double bedroom is illuminated by the light coming from a tall and large window facing the living-room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and you will also have the washing machine – dryer inside. The apartment has a glossy beige marble floor, and furnishings, in peach-color and modern style, are elegant and pleasant. It’s a perfect place to relax after an intense day of visiting all the splendid monuments of Rome! Services The apartment features LAN or Wi-FI connections whose use are free of charge. All you have to do is request the password to activate the service. Also upon request is the availability of iron, ironing board, toaster, blender, hair dryer, DVD reader. Upon request and payment at the place is a garage box for your car, additional cleaning/change linen, laundry services and fixed telephone line. Nearby tourist attractions Appartamento Ariele A is only 50 meters (about 164 feet) away from Porta Maggiore, and 10 minutes away on foot from the Stazione Termini (Termini Railway Station), University La Sapienza, San Lorenzo neighborhood, and the Basilica of San Giovanni. A few steps away is also the bus stop. At Stazione Termini you will have the subway station and the main stop of city buses, which will enable you to conveniently visit this magnificent city!
