For a succesful stay at Casa Lory B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a garage. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The Casa Lory apartments are part of a cute three-storey house which is located in the hamlet of San Giovanni, a suburb of Bellagio which can be reached with a five-minute walk.
San Giovanni is a characteristic fishermen's hamlet locate on the shores of Lake Como. In San Giovanni you will find a pebble beach, a highly recommended cafe and restaurant, called Mella, where you will be served fresh lake fish brought to the table directly from the boat of the owner (well, it does stop in the kitchen, of course!). There is also a grocery store, as well as the church of San Giovanni, dating back over 1000 years.
In the basement of the building you will also find a shared token-operated clothes dryer, as well as a shared ice-maker.
The apartments are five (A, B, C, D, E): one takes up the entire ground floor (apartment A), two are located on the first floor (apartments B and C) and two are on the attic floor (apartments D and E).
Garden
The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The living room is paved with elegant wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of surrounding countryside through three French doors.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of surrounding countryside through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
