Casa Rosalia is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Rosalia you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. Casa Rosalia is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a wide shared terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Minori, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach.
Casa Rosalia is located on the top floor of a villa. You will reach it from the street level going up a route that includes approximately 70 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Rosalia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).
Casa Rosalia is situated in Minori in a central and panoramic residential area. Minori is an enthralling small town near Amalfi nestled on a narrow valley which stretches up to the sea, where it becomes a bay in a crescent moon shape.
From the house and the terrace of Casa Rosalia, you will feast your eyes on the village of Minori, on the rocky walls rich in verdant lemon cultivations, and on the seascape. The prevailing colors of such splendid panorama are the bright green of lemon orchards and the blue of the sky and the sea.

The sea and the large sandy beach of Minori are about 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the house. You can reach them on foot after going for a pleasant walk. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, and in case you want umbrellas and deck chairs, they are available for rental as well. The beach is framed by a long public garden (so-called Lungomare) which is a place where you can go for a stroll, sit at the tables of outdoor cafes, or even go shopping.
Minori is famous for its sweet specialties, and you have to try the candies and desserts of its pasticcerias (bakeries)!
It is also possible to order delivery services from shops.
The house is beautiful, airy, and bright. The charming exterior spaces will enable you to enjoy great moments of relaxation outdoors.
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window.
