Villa Vanessa A, B e C are three apartments (each one has its own independent entrance) part of a large three-storied villa built attached to the rocky coast, almost vertically sloping from the cliff to the sea.
The property extends below the street level. Villa Vanessa A takes up the whole upper floor, being at the street level, so that you don't have to climb any steps to get in. Villa Vanessa B is on the middle floor of the edifice and you should get down 15 steps from the street level to reach it. Villa Vanessa C is on the basement and you'll have to go down 35 steps from the street level to reach it.
The three apartments share a beautiful garden and all have spacious and lovely private terraces. Both garden and terraces boast superb and breathtaking views! The bougainvillea in bloom frame a large horizon of blue sea and azure sky.
The villa is located within an elegant complex of vacation homes. The villas are situated amid the greenery of a broad stretch of rocky coast overhanging the sea. They share the use of a private road, a pebbly beach and a small landing place for boats. Access to the complex and the beach is reserved for the residents and guests of these villas.
And between the blue of the sea and the sky, like a mirage rising from the ocean, you will see before you the entire profile of the island of Capri, large and quite nearby. And beyond this, just a bit fainter and further to the horizon, you will see the islands of Ischia and Procida, and the northern part of the Gulf of Naples. Then, nearby, your gaze will fall on a high strip of green coastline that slopes rapidly towards the sea and towards a small pebbly beach. Along the slope of the coast you will see gracious villas and cottages scattered among the greenery and the flowers.
The colors are vivid here, and the air is clean and perfumed with the scent of flowers and lemons. You will feel fortunate to have the opportunity to enjoy such beauty and harmony, walking in the footsteps of the emperors and rich ancient Romans who once constructed villas here for their own vacations.
In the evening, you will be able to watch the sun setting over the sea, followed by the myriad tiny lights that glitter along the coastline and on the islands, gently illuminating the night sky while a pleasant, gentle breeze blows from the ocean to cool the coastline.

The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Holiday Home Description
Terrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the island of Capri.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. They include two sofas and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of Capri.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine. The kitchen has a small window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
