It sleeps six people. From Villa Delfina you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Delfina is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the sea, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating. You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Maiori, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards). You will reach Villa Delfina from the street level going down a walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 80 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Delfina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it in a private parking lot.
Villa Delfina is airy and luminous, and it faces the sea and the sun. Just standing inside the villa will see only the sea, the sky and the profile of the Coast of Amalfi. Four glass doors will allow you to enter from different rooms the magnificent terrace sheer above the sea. Leaning out and looking down from the terrace you will see the sea below you, and it will look like you will be able to dive straight into it. In front of you, at a short distance, you will sea a cape overlooked by an ancient watch tower, called "Torre Normanna", which is now a famous restaurant and night club. A bit further off, you will see in front of you the magnificent tract of coast where Amalfi, Ravello and other small villages lie, all the way to the Cape of Conca dei Marini. You will be spellbound by this magnificent scenery. And when the night starts falling you will discover the charm of the sunset on the sea, while one at a time the stars and the thousand lights of the coast are turned on. Direct Access to the SeaFrom the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it going down approximately 190 stairway steps. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa.
Swimming PoolThe swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
TerraceThe terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
PatioThe patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the terrace. It is shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue.
GardenYou will be able to reach the garden from the patio. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the sea.
Living RoomThe living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
KitchenThe kitchen is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a porthole window. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1The first bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bathroom 2The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine.
