It has a terrace of 10 square meters (107 square feet) with a splendid view of the sea and direct access to sandy beach and to the water. It is equipped with air conditioning, telephone, satellite television, parking space. There are two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story villa which has the external walls tiled with stones, and which has been built just a few meters from the sea and from the sand beach. You will reach the apartment along an external stairway of approximately 15 steps. The apartment is located in a tiny complex of three small two-story villas, which have been built on the edge of a sandy beach, and that have direct access to the sea and to a reserved tract of beach. The three villas are inside a fenced area that covers a sloping tract of coast located between the road and the sea. They are almost sheer above the beach and the sea. From every point of the complex and from the terraces of the villas you will have a very close view of the sea, of the arch made by the golden beach below, and of the bay of Santa Maria di Castellabate. The view is charming from sunrise to sunset, and the sunsets on the sea are particularly suggestive. From the villa you will be able to walk to a wide beach of fine sand. From June to September you will be able to enjoy a beach service that includes the use of the equipped reserved beach with beach umbrella, deck chairs and sun lounges. In the summer months bars and restaurants on the beach are open. In the other months of the year you will still be able to access the beach at no charge. This beach earns year after year the Blue Flag award of the European Union for the clarity of the sea water. Swimming is safe for kids and for those who are not expert swimmers as the water is shallow. The weather in the area is mild, and allows you to enjoy the sun and the sea for the largest part of the year. With a short stroll along the beach you will be able to walk to the center of Santa Maria di Castellabate. There you will find a pedestrian precinct and a wide choice of cafes, restaurants and shops. You will be able to drive inside the fenced area to reach the three villas. There is one parking space for each apartment. There is a reception where a caretaker is available to provide information and to answer questions. Villa Barbara E is an apartment that will let you live in close contact with the beach and with the sea. To reach the beach from the house all you will have to do is to descend some thirty steps. The terrace has a nice view of the sea, and it is equipped with a large beach umbrella, table and chairs. The air is transparent and bright, and the brilliant colors of the landscape around you convey joy of life: you will be happy to be right in this place to spend your vacation! The twilight adds even more charm to this place. You can wait for it on the beach, or enjoy it on your terrace: the sun that sets on the sea wraps the beach, the trees and the houses in a warm golden light. It paints the waves of the sea in a palette of colors from violet to melted gold, and changes the horizon into an explosion of yellow, orange and red, before sinking to leave the stage to the blue of the evening. It will be a memory that you will bring with you at the end of your vacation. Villa Barbara E is nice and comfortable inside, as well: the living room is spacious. There is a divan bed that can be made into two comfortable single beds, and a kitchenette that has the basics: a refrigerator and a four-burner cooker. From the living room you can enter the terrace. You will reach the bedrooms along a short corridor. The bedroom with a double bed has a glass door to enter the terrace. The bedroom with two single beds has bunk beds (one on top of the other). The bathroom has a shower. The furnishing is modern, practical and elegant. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, DVD player and telephone. Upon request you will be able to connect to the Internet, rent DVDs and videogame consoles, and also rent a 16-feet rubber boat that can be managed without nautical license. As a guest of the apartment you will have a reserved parking space. A pay-per-use washing machine (shared with the other guests of the small complex) is available on the premises. Staying at Villa Barbara E you will enjoy the sun, the beach, the sea, the green of the pine trees, the tranquillity of a small and graceful tourist spot. You will be able to see how Italians really live, and enjoy the good local cuisine, based on fish and on the genuine products of the Cilento National Park, such as mozzarella cheese, olive oil and wine. You will be able to reach the center of the village walking for approximately 300 meters.
