Villa Sara is a bright independent house located on the high coast in front of the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Sara you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. Villa Sara is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and a private patio.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, at a short distance from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find shops at 200 meters (220 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 mile). You will reach Villa Sara from the street level going down a route that cuts through green Mediterranean gardens and includes approximately 180 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Sara we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Villa Sara is set into the high coast of Praiano, between the sky and the sea, in the front row of the spellbinding landscape of the coast. When you are on its terrace you will feel that it really is the place that you were looking for: in front of you just the sea, the sky, and an incomparable view of Positano.

The air is clear and transparent, there are no noises, the incredible, luminous colors of houses, yards, gardens make you cheerful: it is the magic of the "divina costiera", the divine coastline, that magic that makes you happy to be alive and to be right there, and that will make your holiday unforgettable.

And when the evening starts falling, you will discover the sunset on the sea, when a golden light wraps everything and makes all the colors vivid, before it fades into the night. You will be able to enjoy gentle evenings under the stars, maybe dining outdoor.

The house is white and luminous. It is part of a picturesque context, made of small houses built following the profile of the rocky coast, according to the local customs, and connected to each other by narrow stairways ("scalinatelle"), that are the pedestrian alleys of the burg.

The terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and four deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.

The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a metal roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room climbing three steps. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a small window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
