Holiday Home Description

Casa Annunziata is a charming apartment which sleeps three persons. It has a view of Positano and of the sea, and it is located in the center of Positano. The beach and the sea are at approximately 300 meters (330 yards). It is equipped with air conditioning and winter heating.

It has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, a living room with a kitchenette, dining table, two small armchairs and a divan bed that sleeps one.

The divan bed has been placed in an area of the living room that can be separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. In this area of the living room you will also find a second bathroom, with a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with four-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine.

Casa Annunziata is decorated in an elegant and welcoming way, following the local style, with lucid floors made of majolica tiles and items made by local artisans.

The view of Positano that you will enjoy through the small and characteristic arched windows from inside the house is particularly suggestive: just like in a classic postcard you will see the narrow V-shaped ravine to which the houses of Positano cling, and on the background the sea, against which the Cathedral of Positano stands, with its unmistakable dome tiled with majolica tiles.

In front of the entrance to the house there is a small terrace from where you will enjoy the same view, enlarged to also include the surrounding hills. On this small terrace you will be able to place a small deck chair, even if it is not quite private, as the occupants of another nearby apartment walk on it to get to their accommodation.

Casa Annunziata is located on the third, and last, floor of an ancient building of Positano, which has no elevator. The building stands at the beginning of the pedestrian precinct in the center of Positano. Shops, cafes and restaurants are all right at hand.

You will be able to reach the “Spiaggia Grande”, which is the main beach of Positano, with a pleasant stroll along the main shopping street, along which you will find elegant shops and cafes, and which is the center of the tourist activities.

To stay at Casa Annunziata you will not need a car. The bus stop is just a few meters (yards) from the house, and at a short distance you will find the harbour of Positano, where you will be able to catch the ferries to the tourist spots of the coast, such as Amalfi, Sorrento, Naples, Capri and the other islands of the Gulf of Naples, and the coast of Cilento. Pompeii can be easily reached by bus.

If you would rather like to have a car, you will be able to park it at approximately 30 meters (30 yards) from the house, in a paid parking lot.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Annunziata the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
