Villino delle Arance is a small independent house of approximately 50 square meters (540 square feet) which sleeps 4 persons. It has a swimming pool and a garden. The garden is shared with the owners, who live on the premises, while the pool is for your own exclusive use. Villino delle Arance is located at 100 meters (110 yards) from the center of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento and at 1.5 km (1 mile) from the center of Sorrento (from the famous Piazza Tasso). The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.

It has one bedroom, a bathroom with hydro-massage shower, a large living room with a divan bed with two sleeping places, a cooking area, fireplace, table with chairs and television. The living room has two glass doors that will allow you to enter a patio tiled with terracotta tiles, and equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.

Originally, the house was the annex of an ancient eighteenth-century villa, which was made up by a main building that stands by the road and by a garden on the back of the building.

Villino delle Arance is located at the far end of the garden. Although the villa is far enough from the road, because of its central location on busy days some noise from the traffic can be expected.

In front of the house you will find a spacious rectangular garden of approximately 300 square meters (3230 square feet), with a lawn and with lemon trees, orange trees and mandarin trees.

In the garden you will find a swimming pool. The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) long by 4.5 meters (15 feet) large, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep.

The garden is fenced by a wall made of tuff, according to the ancient customs of the area, and short tuff walls outline a sinuous path that cuts through the garden and leads to the house. The evergreen leaves of the thick citrus trees and of a big walnut tree give shade to the patio on the front of the house and hide it from the view.

If you vist in May, you will found the orange and mandarin trees blooming, and the air full of their stirring perfume. During the fall and the winter you will find the same trees full of delicious fruits for you to help yourself. Have you ever had the chance to enjoy breakfast with an orange that you just picked up from the tree with your own hands? At Villino delle Arance you will be able to do that every morning! All year round you will also be able to enjoy the fruits and the flowers of the lemon tree, generous just like this land, where it thrives.

The interiors of Villino delle Arance are elegant and welcoming. The double room is roomy and pleasantly decorated with furniture made by local artisans.

In the living room there is a nice fireplace carved in stone, and a short wall hides the kitchenette from the view. The floors are tiled with lucid majolica tiles. The kitchen is equipped with four-burner cooker, refrigerator and oven. The bathroom has a hydro-massage shower. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine.

At the villa you will have a reserved parking space, which is located at approximately 50 meters (55 yards) from the villa itself.

Even though the sea and the beach can’t be seen from Villino delle Arance, they are only 500 meters (550 yards) away.

You will find grocery stores and restaurants at 100 meters (110 yards) from the house.

At Villino delle Arance you will have your own little corner of nature for you to relax after a day spent sightseeing the many tourist spots of the area, even though you will be staying just 30 meters (30 yards) from Corso Italia, the main street that goes through Sant'Agnello and Sorrento.

The bus stop is at 40 meters (40 yard) and the Circumvesuviana train station, to reach Sorrento and Naples, is at 200 meters (220 yards).

In just a few minutes by bus or train you will be able to easily reach the fascinating tourist spots of Sorrento, such as the Cathedral, the Cloister of San Francesco (Saint Francis), the Villa Comunale, with its beautiful terraced gardens that extend towards the sea and the amazing view of the Gulf of Naples, from the island of Procida to Mount Vesuvius. You will also be able to stroll along the elegant Corso Italia, or through the colourful alleys of the historical center, to discover the large number of products made by local artisans.

From the docks in Sorrento you will be able to board ferries and hydrofoils to Naples, Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and Positano. Using the Circumvesuviana trains you will be able to reach Pompeii and the central train station of Naples.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villino delle Arance the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
