Villa Micia, Massa Lubrense

Villa Micia is a splendid apartment that is part of a villa located in an isolated position, on the slopes of a hill which is covered with olive groves. It sleeps six people. From Villa Micia you will enjoy a characteristic view of the sea , of Sorrento and of Mount Vesuvius. Villa Micia is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Puolo beach) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Micia from the parking area along a 200-meters (660-feet) route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 15 stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Micia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a short route that includes approximately 35 stairway steps. The pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-June until the end of August.

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the greenery.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant awning. It is equipped with wickerwork sofas and armchairs and with tables and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet) at your disposal. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery.

The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels) and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the garden through two double-glazed French doors.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the living room. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the garden through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (170 cm/67 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.
