You will be at a short distance from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), shops at 200 meters (220 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards).
Casa Amalia is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the street level going up a 50-meters (165-feet) private walkway that includes approximately 35 stairway steps.
Casa Amalia is a ground floor apartment in a two floored villa situated on a rocky coast about 200 metres (220 yards) from the sea. To reach the house by crossing the terrace, which is accessible from all the rooms. From the terrace you have a panorama of the sea, which is close at hand and there is also an extraordinary structure on a small promontory where you can find a tower from the Middle Ages, which had been built in defence from the invaders of that time.
A small white wall covered in flowers encloses the terrace and on one side of the wall there is an olive tree that shades an antique brickwork bench. Above you there is a partial view of Praiano.
Praiano is a small village situated in the middle of the Amalfitan Coast between the towns of Amalfi and Positano.
The beach at Praiano, which is one of the most characteristics of the Amalfitan Coast, is about 400 metres (435 yards) away. You get there on foot by going down a route which passes near the Tower Asciola and a path which is cut out of the rock at a peak sheer above the sea.
Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will have a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The living room is paved with characteristic majolica tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a small television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
