Holiday Home Description

Casa Gennaro is a large and comfortable apartment for six persons, located only 50 meters (55 yards) from the beach of Positano. It has a nice terrace with a view of the square in front of the house, and a partly of the sea.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with dining area and a large living room with sofas and armchairs and satellite TV.

One bedroom has a single bed and a double bed. The other two bedrooms have one double bed. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Both bathrooms have a bath tub with shower head.

A nice terrace, of approximately 20 square meters (215 square feet), covered by a pergola and by a bougainvillea, and equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs to relax and dine outdoor.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and washing machine.

You will reach the beach and the sea walking 50 meters (yards), along a road with no steps.

At Casa Gennaro you will be right in the middle of Positano's happy vacation life. You will have right at hand the beach, where many cultural and tourist happenings take place, the most famous and elegant bars, restaurants and night clubs, and the many shops that fill the narrow alleys of the center with color.

The docks, where you can board the ferries to Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi, and the mini-cruises in the gulf of Naples, are a few steps away as well.

You will have a hard time escaping the magic of this place, and as soon as you have left, your only thoughts will be to when you will return.

From Casa Gennaro you will be able to easily reach the bus stop, where you can catch the buses that connect Positano to Naples, Pompeii, Salerno and Paestum.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Gennaro the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
