Holiday Home Description

Casa Gloria A is a graceful apartment for five people. It is 80 square meter (860 square feet) large, and it has two bedrooms and a large terrace with a view of the sea. It is approximately 100 meters (110 yards) from the sea.

It is placed at the top floor of Casa Gloria, which is an ancient two-story building, renovated in 2001.Casa Gloria is located in a quiet alley, in the hamlet of San Marco di Castellabate, in a level residential area where you will find small buildings surrounded by the green. From Casa Gloria, walking for a few minutes, you will be able to reach bars, restaurants and shops.

A few steps from the properties there is the transparent sea and an amazing corner of rocky coast: a paradise for underwater activities.

Also by foot you will be able to reach the charming beach called "Pozzillo", made of fine and golden sand, which stretches for a couple of kilometers between San Marco and Santa Maria di Castellabate. The beach is approximately 500 meters (545 yards) from the house.

The apartment is luminous, airy and with great views. It is placed on the second floor (there is no elevator). The welcoming living room is furnished with a sofa, a television, a table and a nice fireplace, which is placed in the center of the room.

From the living room you can enter the terrace, which will certainly be the place that most of all will draw your attention. The terrace, large, sunny and luminous, has a gorgeous view of the sea and of the bay of Santa Maria di Castellabate. It is a great place to relax outdoors, and it is equipped with a table, deck chairs and with a large awning. The view from the terrace is wide, and you will be able to admire the sea, the coastline, the green valley and the nearby hill of Castellabate, with the small ancient hamlet at the top.

There are two bedrooms: one has a double bed, the other has three single beds. Both have windows with a view of the sea. The bathroom has a shower and it is equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen can be entered from the living room. It is well equipped, and it has a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer. The furnishing is simple and comfortable.

A reserved parking space is available from September to June. In July and August cars can be parked free of charge along the neighboring roads. Approximately 500 meters (545 yards) from the house there is an area equipped with tennis courts and playing fields.

In July and August many streets of the small hamlet of San Marco are turned into a pedestrian area, and dedicated to tourist activities. San Marco as a small tourist port, and it is possible to take underwater guided excursions.

Staying at Casa Gloria you will enjoy the sun, the sea, the green of the countryside, the tranquility of a small and graceful tourist spot, the good local cuisine and the genuine products of the Cilento National Park, such as olive oil and wine.

The weather in the area is mild and it is possible to go to the beach from the beginning of May to the end of October.

One of the two bedrooms has a double bed. The other has three single beds. Both have windows with a view of the sea. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a table with chairs and a nice fireplace. The kitchen can be entered from the living room. It has a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower and it has a laundry area with a washing machine.

The apartment is at the second floor of a two-story building (there is no elevator). A reserved parking space is available from September to June. In July and August cars can be parked free of charge along the neighboring roads.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Gloria A the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
