Holiday Home Description

Villa Giovanna is a sunny villa for six persons. It is a great place for those looking for relax and good time in one of the most beautiful areas of the Cilento National Park. The beach is only 30 meters far, and the complex that hosts Villa Giovanna has two swimming pools, which the guests of Villa Giovanna can use free of charge. The villa itself has a small private garden with a porch. Villa Giovanna can comfortably host up to six people: it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (only one of which has a bathtub) and a bed divan for two.

The complex of which Villa Giovanna is part is called Marina Baia di Capitello. Marina Baia di Capitello has been especially built to host vacation houses: it has a large well-equipped green park and direct access to the sea. The closest village is Agnone Cilento. Marina Baia di Capitello lies in one of the most beautiful tracts of the Cilento coast. The sea is clean and transparent; the beach is partly sand and partly rocks.

The villas in the complex are built around a central area where the two sea-water swimming pools are located: one of the two swimming pools is deep, meant for adults. It is 43 x 15 meters (140 x 50 feet). The other, right by the side, is shallow, for the children. It is 30 x 5 meters (98 x 16 feet). The pools are shared by the guests of the villas in the complex and are open during the months of July and August (they might be closed from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm for siesta and a swim cap might be requested - as the pools are shared the rules might change from time to time). The area is embellished with fountains and shaded relax spots. The complex also has large parking areas shaded by trees.

Villa Giovanna is a typical Mediterranean house: the wood entrance leads right into a garden meant for relax. A large pine provides a fresh shade, a bougainvillea colours the view, the porch is inviting and the wood balustrade of the balcony at the first story frames the picture.

Entering the house you will find yourself in a luminous living room, furnished with a table, chairs, TV, stereo-set and a divan bed. The divan bed can sleep two persons. From the living room you can reach the kitchen, well equipped and with elegant and functional furniture. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, a 4-burner gas stove with hood fan, an oven and a washing machine.

Going upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a nice large terrace from which you can enjoy a pleasant view. The other room has two single beds. This room has a direct access to one of the two bathrooms. The other bathroom has a bathtub with shower wand. The rooms have elegant and please white furniture - luminous and functional.

If you are looking for the sun, the sea and the fun of the Cilento National Park then you will find that Villa Giovanna is the accommodation for you. The place is quiet yet lively, especially in July and August. Kids and young adults will easily find friends to spend their time with, and the close-by village of Agnone has many pubs, restaurants and clubs. The area is well-known for its genuine local cuisine. Supermarkets and grocery stores are within walking distance.

Also, if you would like to couple relax and culture, from Villa Giovanna you will easily be able to make excursions to the archaeological sites of Paestum, Velia and Pompeii.

Unit Description

Villa for a maximum of six persons, about 80 square meters large. The villa is situated in a complex with swimming pool for adults and swimming pool for children (only working in the months of July and August). The complex is 30 meters from the sea, with private access to the beach.

The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with toilet and washbasin only), a living room, kitchen and garden. It is built on two stories. Downstairs there is the living room, which has a glass door that leads to the porch and the garden. The garden, of 20 square meters, is equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and external shower. The living room is furnished with a table and a divan bed for two persons. Also on the ground floor is the large kitchen, with fridge, freezer, 4-burner gas stove, oven, hood fan and washing machine. Upstairs there is one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and direct access to a bathroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower wand. The furniture is new, complete, elegant and functional.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Giovanna the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
