There are times when you just don't want to wait. Or maybe in the past you have waited, and waited, and waited, and no one ever got back to you. Well, not here!

What that means is that the moment you enter your booking the villa is yours for the dates you requested. It's that easy. To make it just as easy to recognize the villas that offer this special feature, we have marked them with a . Whenever you see that a villa has a , it means that you can put it on hold immediately since the availability is updated in real time. Confirm your reservation online with a credit card and your are done: renting a villa in Italy made as easy as 1-2-3.

What about the villas that do not have a ? You can still book them online, of course! For those villas we need to give a quick call to the owners to confirm that the villa is still available, and then we get back to you to confirm the availability. We try to be as fast as we can. On working days it takes at most 24 hours to confirm a booking; on holidays and week-ends it might take a little longer (not necessarily). At times it might happen that there is a waiting list to get the villa for your dates... in that case we put you on the list, and it might take a bit longer than the usual 24 hours to get a definite answer.
