What guests of Appartamento Ariele E say Deborah Wack, Warren, Ohio, United States July 10, 2010 - Appartamento Ariele was a beautiful, modern apartment with all of the expected conveniences and while not in the center of the city, was just across the street from public transportation and very near several amazing restaurants. Getting to all of the sites took only minutes either by foot or bus/metro. It was good to be able to come back after a long day of touring to a lovely, air conditioned apartment! Since it was also one tram stop from the nearest grocery store, cooking meals was very easy, saving a few euros to really enjoy sampling the local cuisine. Our landlady was very helpful when we arrived and though we did not need to contact her during our stay she was just a phone call away. Thank you Mrs. Franca for a lovely vacation in Rome! We would not hesitate to stay in your apartment again! We appreciated the ease in communicating with the staff and our landlady and are extremely grateful for the amazing vacation your company offered. I originally saw ratings on trip adviser and decided to chase a link to your web site from there! I will be sure to rate both you and the apartment very highly! We appreciated that the owner lived on site and was available to answer questions and help us out if needed. The owner was able to help us with phone calls and loaned us an adapter when ours broke. The cleaning service was also excellent. Summer In Italy was excellent. I used it because it was associated with Trip Advisor and was responsive to my questions.
