Perfect for a beachy holiday, we had a very happy 2 weeks there. Summer in Italy were great, We cannot fault their service, friendly help and advice on anything extra we asked. Beach on your doorstep and the owner was very helpful in collecting us when the bus never showed at the train station. Summer In Italy was very helpful when we needed it. Konstantin Maslov, Moscow, Russia September 6, 2008 - We rented this place in first week of September of 2008. Everything about it has either met or exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, the view is excellent! There is really nothing to complain about - just enjoyed our time. We would really strongly recommend this apartment to everyone. The only exception is that it is on the fourth floor w/no elevator, so for older people it maybe somewhat inconvenient. But for us it was not a problem at all. Also, there is no washing machine, so keep this in mind. The owner is a very pleasant man, with a great family. He is very helpful and really nice to talk to. Overall - excellent place, we will definitely return there. Jo Clayton, Selfoss, Iceland June 16, 2007 - We loved this place. The balcony wasn't huge, but it was high enough up to be completely private. It was literally only a few yards from really gorgeous beaches. There was not so much sitting space in the living room, but it was a very functional, bright and airy apartment in a lovely location. Signor Gennaro was extremely helpful and friendly although he didn't speak much English and we only have a few words of Italian. He even let us park our car outside his house where he had a spare space. We were quite entranced by the town of Santa Maria di Castellabate and I would love to visit again. It was relatively quiet as we visited early in the season and there seemed to be mostly Italian families there.
