What guests of Villa Pamela B sayDonna Fitzgerald, Goodyear, AZ, United States June 4, 2011 - Our family had a fabulous experience staying at Pamela B. The rooms were comfortable and the outside areas were perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and the outside eating areas were wonderful. Looking at the sea each morning was a highlight of our trip. Summer in Italy staff were outstanding. We will return. ![]() Terry Hutchinson, Gymea, Australia September 25, 2010 - I did enjoy Villa Pamela very much. The location was brilliant. ![]() Roy Corti, Atlanta, GA, United States September 11, 2010 - We completely enjoyed the apartment, Giovanna was very helpful and we had everything we needed right there. Linda O'Keefe, Port Melbourne, Australia May 29, 2010 - Villa Pamela B was more then I expected. It was perfect for our family consisting of 2 small children. The location was fantastic being right on the beach so the children could play on the beach whilst we relaxed on our balcony. It was close to restaurants, shops etc and meant we did not have to walk up the steps of Positano every time we wanted to go to beach or shops. Except for the occasional noise of our neighbours it was very quiet. All the rooms were modern, well equipped and clean. Our host was very friendly and helpful too. David Castle, New York, New York, United States October 3, 2009 - We loved the location on the beach, and the ample space in the apartment to spread out and relax. The apartment was given to us perfectly clean and organized. We found the clothes washer to work very well, though with a longer cycle time (2 hours?) than we're used to at home. The main bedroom was very quiet and peaceful, but the living room had a thin partition to the next apartment, so their noise and activity came through to the living room loud and clear (and viceversa, I'm sure). It would have been helpful if there were a few more glasses in the kitchen (we found only 2 to 4 similar glasses that we would use for juice or water), and we found the shower in the master bathroom to be small. The crib that was provided to us was a tremendous help. We found Giovanna to be a very gracious hostess. She met us at the ferry dock, oriented us to the town, and made our arrival and departure smooth and painless. We appreciated the advice from prior guests to take the ferry from Sorrento to Positano, as the house is a short, flat walk from the ferry dock, whereas the bus would have dropped us a long, steep way from the house. We found the booking process to be simple and reassuring. Our comment: Nothing is too much trouble for Mrs. Giovanna. Glasses, particularly, have a tendency to "disappear" throughout the season, if you know what I mean, and the cleaning lady might not always notice -- resulting in the owner not even knowing. Owners love to know that items are missing, because it makes their job much easier. Always feel free to ask, and if you are afraid that language might be a problem, feel free to call our help line and let us know -- we will do the rest! There are 12 reviews of Villa Pamela B, on 3 pages.
