Villa Barbara A is a great place for a family to stay! We really enjoyed the beach right outside our accommodation, and our view of it from our private terrace. Dinah Thompson, London, United Kingdom June 11, 2005 - Lovely place and wonderful view. A most excellently designed apartment. Occassionally it was a little chilly which was rather a relief. It felt like being on the bridge of ship when sitting on the terrace. The beach and water were perfect. The nearby town was a little bit of a walk on the soft sand but a joy to be there. Breakfast of croisant and coffee in the square was an early morning treat. The fish shop was a frequent stop. Great fun to try to speak Italian as much as possible. Would certainly revisit. We loved the view, particularly the sunset. The terrace was brilliant. Anna [the caretaker] was also very helpful. Overall the appartment provided a great comfortable holiday environment.
