What guests of Appartamento Artemisia say Donna Schumacher, Phoenix, Aeizona, United States May 24, 2008 - The location was great. we were able to walk everywhere in the city including the train station (without luggage). Mr. Natale, the owner, was a great help. He walked us to the stores and was kind enough to give us some really good restaurants to try. Restaurant Anita was the best and most reasonable we found to dine in. Please let him know how much we enjoyed our stay at Appartamento Artemisia. We booked with summer in Italy in 2007 for the first time. We decided to book again because of the service we received. Any time I sent an email at night, the next morning I had a response. The three villas we have rented have all been just as nice as they were advertised to be. We will be returning to Italy in two years and of course we will be calling our friends Luca and Andrea at Summer In Italy. Thank you again. The apartment overall was very comfortable and had all the amenities one can ask for. The caretaker was very nice and helpful which made the vacation more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment!! It was an amazing experience! This has been probably the best apartment we've ever rented! Worth every penny!! Susanna Lack, Wallingford, Pennsylvania, United States July 1, 2006 - This was a great apartment and the flowers that welcomed us were really appreciated!! We stayed at a place in Rome, and Apt Artemisia was much better, more equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms were great, and the homey feeling with the books, TV and music system. Overall we loved the apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with the washing machine (directions were not clear as far as where to put soap, cold versus warm water and automatic drying on or off option) and with the electric going off often, we finally figured out how much we could use. Other than those few things, all 5 of us will have wonderful memories of that big apartment in Florence. I found you on the web just surfing and am very glad I did. The communication was prompt and because of that I trusted you more! You all were very helpful, very attentive, more than the other company I used. I think your web site really shows what the apartments are like, I was even surprised at how nice our Apt was. And helping with other travel advice was very, very wonderful, and we appreciated it very much. We will use you in the future and pass your name on.
